Refund Policy
We are confident that you will love your new artwork and are committed to offering the highest quality fine art products for you to enjoy! However, if there is some damage or print errors please contact us immediately.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and a claim made within 10 days of receiving it. In particular circumstances, a partial refund or full refund may be provided solely on the discretion of the artist.

Poster, Canvas and Framed Prints (eligibility varies): Prints are very delicate and if they are creased, damaged or handled improperly they cannot be re-sold upon return. Only if the prints are unhandled and in their original packaging, will they be eligible for return. If returned prints are deemed unfit upon inspection for any reason, we reserve the right to deny a refund.
Originals (not eligible): All original purchases are final. Each has final additions, signatures and personalized gifts just for the buyer. Kashta personally pays a generous amount to ship them directly to your door via courier.

We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases

Once paintings are shipped you will receive tracking information. If you do not receive an email with tracking information Please email me.

If your order is returned due to error on your behalf (not adding your apartment number, wrong address, etc...) you are responsible for the shipping fees for me to ship your order back out. An invoice in the shipping amount will be emailed to you.
It is your responsibility to track your package and contact your local post office if your package has not arrived by it's due date.​
Damaged goods delivered in the possession of mail carrier requires actions taken up with that courirer (ex. UPS, USPS). No refunds are issued in this case.
